Job Title - Occupational Therapist -
Salary £21,500
Job Description - This exciting role is based in our community team, covering our four step down intensive rehabilitation units. You will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of adults with learning disabilities and mental health problems. Using the MOHO framework to identify needs and formulate goal focused, outcome measured treatment plans. You will attend CPA meetings and ward rounds and treatment will focus on life skills and community integration.
Skills and Qualities- You will be an excellent communicator, able to work autonomously and as part of a team, report writing skills and knowledge of MOHO is important. You will need your own transport and a full clean driving license as this role involves travelling.
